I was here last year and was underwhelmed. You had to buy a wristband at the main entrance before ever seeing what's on draft, and they had mostly old world style beers. Breweries excellently just not my style.
Now, you order at the bar like a normal brewery, they had 18 IPAs, plus some very unusual beers. Seems like a massive shift in business model but I am all for these changes.
very beautiful location! so many spots to sit indoors and out. everything is decorated beautifully and there are lights, tables and chairs all over for you to sit where ever you’d like. kids are welcome and have space to run and play and the pizza is absolutely delicious. there are multiple non alcoholic options as well - i enjoyed a cold brew with my margarita pizza. go check them out!
Great beer and brewery grounds for a cyclocross race! So worth the trip up from NJ for beers and biking all day. We had so many Tree House beers over the years so we tried 8 delicious and new to us beers. Surprisingly, the rauchbiers were our favorite over the IPAs and stouts! They were just really good and smokey.
What a splendid place. Came here with my boss after others on our work trip had dinner already or thought it was too far from Springfield. If you're a beer person, you would love this place. The IPAs and stellar and the stouts are not full of sweetener with a nice balance. Their pizza has a great crust and not too greasy. Great social spot as well with tall ceilings and an outdoor space. If ever come back here, I'll go to the flagship brewery.
Great use of an existing building. From a first timers perspective. It's nice, very good selection of beers. Weird system they use for beer. You have to wait in a line, has there is no bar or table service. The food is limited to large pizzas which is unfortunate if you're alone and just looking for a bite to eat. You have to order pizzas at a table and give phone# when order is ready. $27 for a half cheese/pepperoni pizza seems high. It will be interesting to see how they compete to the existing breweries in the Albany/Saratoga region.
A place worth visiting at least once for sure! Great indoor seating with music and good vibes. Quiet outdoor seating at large picnic tables and lawn chairs.
The regular cheese pizza was perfectly cooked, had a classier-than-Big-Y party pizza vibe. Their selection of beer is great, and the layout is just as gorgeous as all the pictures you're seeing online :)
I recently (June 2023) traveled to Massachusetts from Pennsylvania. I was very fortunate to come across this brewery in Deerfield. It was situated on a sprawling campus, as it is located in a former corporate headquarters of some publishing company, so I read. As soon as you walk in, you can tell that Tree House Brewing has invested a lot of time and money into making this place what it is. It is a really cool place. And more importantly, the beer that I had was fantastic as well, as was the pizza. They have a large outdoor area with a stage and ample tables spread out, so even if you go when there are a lot of people there, it probably wouldn't feel overly crowded. This is a cool place that I wish I could visit again. Cheers from Pittsburgh!
The beer list was long, and the beer tasted great. They also serve pizza, and I didn't have any, but it looked and smelled incredible. Cool, open vibe too.
